1) Our Customer First Promise
We offer a 15-day return or replacement on your purchase. You do not need to visit any courier office. If your claim is eligible, we arrange pickup from your address and then process a replacement or a refund as you prefer. Our goal is to keep this easy, fair, and stress-free for you.
2) What is Covered
Eligibility
- 15-day window from delivery
- Not up to expectations — must be unused and in re-sellable condition with unboxing video
- Manufacturing defect or dead on arrival visible in unboxing video
- Wrong or missing item or parts as shown in unboxing video
Note:the unboxing video confirms the condition at parcel opening and helps validate the claim.
3) What is Not Covered
Limits
- No unboxing video — claim cannot be accepted
- Burning/misuse/wrong usage — over-voltage, water ingress, drops, rough use, unauthorized repair
- Cosmetic wear and tear like small scratches, dents, or color fade
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Requests after 15 days of delivery
4) Before You Start — Checklist
Have these ready
- Unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel
- Issue video if there is a functional problem
- Original box and all accessories (manuals, cables, freebies)
- Product in clean, re-sellable condition
- Your Order ID, name, and phone number
5) How to File a Claim
Simple steps
- Fill the Claim Form — scroll down and fill the Return/Replacement Form (Name, Phone Number, Order ID, Email, Purpose, Message). After submission our team will contact you; then send your Unboxing Video and Issue Video (if any).
- Or send on WhatsApp — share Order ID, Name, Phone Number, Unboxing Video, Issue Video, and a short note. WhatsApp Care: 03029393713
- Review and confirmation — we review against this policy, confirm approval, and guide next steps.
6) Replacement — How it Works
Doorstep swap
- Eligibility — follow rules above (video proof, packaging, accessories)
- Pickup and swap — one-side courier Rs 300 by customer; other side on us
- Collection — Rs 300 collected with the replacement delivery or as advised by support
- At pickup — hand over item with box and accessories; new item is delivered during swap
- Evaluation rule — if replacement is rejected due to misuse, missing parts, or no valid unboxing video, no replacement will be issued; item returned (standard courier charges apply)
Example— Order total Rs 8,000; you pay Rs 300 for your side; we cover the other side; no other deduction on an approved replacement.
7) Return and Refund — How it Works
From pickup to payout
- Eligibility — follow rules (video proof, complete packaging, re-sellable condition for change of mind)
- Pickup — we arrange pickup; please pack safely
- Inspection — we check against your unboxing video and policy
- Refund method — original payment method or preferred wallet
- Courier share — one-side courier Rs 300 on customer; one side on us
Condition mismatch rule— if received condition differs from your unboxing video (used, missing parts, misuse, or not re-sellable), the claim is rejected and item is sent back (standard courier charges apply).Important for COD orders— couriers deduct4%(2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax) on COD; this is not refundable.
8) Costs and Deductions — Examples
Money matters
Pickup charges — we cover one side; you cover one side; your share is Rs 300 for approved return or replacement.
Government taxes on COD refunds — 4% on COD is already deducted by the courier for the government and cannot be refunded.
Example A — COD refund— Order Rs 10,000 − Rs 300 pickup charge − Rs 400 (4%) govt tax = You receive Rs 9,300.Example B — Prepaid refund— Order Rs 10,000 − Rs 300 pickup charge; no COD tax = You receive Rs 9,700.
9) Processing Time
- Refunds — issued within 15 working days after we receive and verify the item
- Replacements — dispatched after approval and pickup arrangement
10) Fraud and Misuse Disclaimer
To protect customers and our business, Main-Bazaar reserves the right to reject any claim if it does not comply with policy, if misleading information is provided, or if misuse/intentional damage is suspected.
By placing an order, you agree that Main-Bazaar’ decision will be final in all return, refund, and replacement matters. Rejected claims cannot be challenged in court or via legal proceedings.
